great location food choice fabulous experience aircon issue quick fix informative team
the location was great. i liked the short stroll to many restaurants. accommodation seemed really good. bar and food choices was fabulous.
aircon didn't work in our room. reception quickly sent someone to fix this issue. the team moved us to 2 rooms that work quickly. the team was very informative.

I really appreciated the well sized room and the harbor view. It was a great aspect. the bed was comfortable, awesome for good sleep. the blackout blinds in my room were effective. I could sleep without light issues.
The email query responses were a bit slow. Early check-in also took a little time.

i liked the proximity to darling harbour. the buffet breakfast offered a good range of choices. the staff were also friendly and helpful.
the room lighting was not sufficient for my needs.

mostly positive stay
convenient location short walk good variety boring styling dirty vent hot box
the location was super convenient for accessing darling harbour. i caught the light rail from central and the hotel was a short walk. the buffet breakfast was good (i especially liked the variety!).
my room upgrade to a harbour view wasn't really worth it. the room styling seemed a bit boring to me. the bathroom vent was dirty, and there was no fan, a hot box when i showered.
