aircon didn't work in our room. reception quickly sent someone to fix this issue. the team moved us to 2 rooms that work quickly. the team was very informative.

I really appreciated the well sized room and the harbor view. It was a great aspect. the bed was comfortable, nice for good sleep. the blackout blinds in my room were effective. I could sleep without light issues.
The email query responses were a bit slow. Early check-in also took a little time.

the location was super convenient for accessing darling harbour. i caught the light rail from central and the hotel was a short walk. the buffet breakfast was good (i especially liked the variety!).
my room upgrade to a harbour view wasn't really worth it. the room styling seemed a bit boring to me. the bathroom vent was dirty, and there was no fan, a hot box when i showered.
